Lessons from bad relationships

After going through years of friendships and relationships that caused me a lot of pain and didn’t work out. Here are the lessons I learned

  1. It's best to let go of someone for your well-being. Even if you try hard, some people leave, and that's okay. Learn to accept it and keep moving forward. Get better at recognizing whether their leaving is temporary or permanent.
  2. Think of life as a tree, Some people are like leaves – they come and go easily. Others are like branches – flexible, but they might break in tough times. And then there are those special ones, like sturdy trunks, who stick through everything.
  3. Learn to value and nurture relationships with those who support you. Letting go of toxic or short-lived connections is hard, but it's worth it for your growth. Focus more on loving yourself and spending time with people who lift you.
  4. Find peace by being careful about who you surround yourself with. Don’t put up with drama or sacrifice your happiness for the sake of being with someone. It's okay to prioritize your well-being, even if it means being alone.
